Lets see, in 1995 I believe the anvil die would be the reverse die, so what you're seeing (asking) above the building might be Feeder Finger Damage and the "mark" between Pluribus and Unum if raised maybe die dent or if incused may be a "struck through" or just PMD....lets see what others think
