A little hard to discern from the soft, high color saturation photos posted. Given that, I'd say the coin is around MS65.
Rest in Peace

My wife's birth year...good year!
You might try natural sunlight for better representation.
Do like what seems to be full steps on the reverse.
One of these days in the future, I truly believe TPG's may be looking at memorial steps as a point of reference or target high point in grading (much like Jefferson nickles...just saying!)
Anyhow, it appears to be an overall nice coin MS but what degree of scale is a guess IMHO...good luck with the coin!

Thanks for all the responses - so sunlight is the best light source for coin pictures ? Thanks for letting me know that as well. I understand how every light source has our eyes perceive color differently , so was trying to figure out which source / I will go outside and see what the true color toning is / Also thAnks for mentioning FS, I havnt been checking that on these one cent coins and you are probably on to something there.

Seems MS-63 RD or better but can't really tell from these photos whether it warrants a higher grade.
