Well within Weight Tolerances, when wear is taken into account.
The weight could be just the seller's allegation, so my first inclination would be to take that information with a grain of salt.
There are a few fakes of these about, so beware.

Looks OK from the seller's pictures, but you will need to check it in hand. Be absolutely sure about the return option.

to CCF. Coins can lose weight from wear, but there is also mint tolerance to consider. +/- a certain amount of weight when minted. For example,a U.S. cent has a tolerance of +/- .13 grams.

Within tolrence, unless you are a silver or a scrap deal you probably don't need to worry about the amount of wear on the weight.

Although the coin has some wear I agree with mostly with above comments.

A little harsh, don't you think serenitystan? ... actually if you read a bit further ...

Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business if the goods purchased are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match the seller's description. More information at returns'.

Don't worry coaster I just charge a return restocking fee, :D nah just joking some customer abuse this that's why its hard to have a good return policy. I think it should be on a fair basis but that sometime not clear that why it was need to be written down.
