If the reverse is off the same, it's off center. If the reverse is normal, its a MAD misaligned die.

Oh. Sorry about that. I didn't send a reverse pic because I saw myself that it wasn't off center. I thought posting another query, in the same topic area discussion, was do-able. I am fairly new at this community forum. My bad. Should I start a new post for this new coin question? Do appreciate any help you guys can provide. Please and thank you!

When the devices fall over the edge, then they are collectable.

On these collectable ones, the devices are weak because they are not exactly under the hammer dies location.
Your coin is not a premium coin, but you might save it for an educational piece to show to a new collector?
