While these are a doubled die, they are so common they are just a face value coin. 50% of the coins that year from all three mints are know to have this doubling. Spendable, unless you want to show it to a new collector.
There are some great DDs for this year which is why the Master doubling blows even more. An easy way to spot the master die doubling is look at the S in TRUST. See the die gouge(little horizontal line) sticking out of the the top curve of the S? That's a pretty good indicator and yours shows it fairly well. This one used to get my Hope's up all the time when I was getting into the hobby.
The problem is that half of the coins from all three mints look just like this. So while it is a doubled die, it is very common. There are a few doubled dies on these, but all on the tail area of the '2'.
