I found this 78 I think this ear is doubled. It has nice doubling on the date and liberty and In.The rest of God We Trust is just slight doubling but the ear is what I'm wondering about.

Hard to tell from these photos. The coin does look in good condition. Better than most 1978 P LMC I usually run across

That's the best pic I could get. That is the best pic after 3 1/2 hrs of trying to get s good pic. The dark area is raised metal exactly as you see it.Sorry that's the best I can get.

Don't believe there are any doubled ear varieties known for 1978. I suggest using a reference site like variety vista or Wexler's die varieties.
