Lovely luster and toning always make good companions on MS+ Morgans.
Would have photographed better without the plastic. I agree, weaker strike on hair above Lib's ear, and breast feathers on the eagle. This is where it needs to be examined closely for disturbance of the luster, which needs to remain to support an MS+ grading.
It's a little tricky to get good light on this with my camera due to the toning but this should help. There's not much on this coin in the way of marks. She's a real beauty.
this is a typical strike for an 83(O) and may lean to AVG+ for the year. the photos make it difficult to determine if the luster is broken across the profile. I think it falls a little short of 65. MS64
