Maybe I don't know enough about light strikes with these.
I see AU-55,
but I have to admit that the fields look to be extremely clean for an AU-55 grade.

NGC thought this coin was mint state. I'll post the numerical grade in a bit hopefully with some better pictures I'll be picking it up today.

Perhaps NGC can't see the very fine nicks and scratches that I can't see, either!
(because they don't exist)

Got this guy in hand. The case is all scratched up so I see why they had trouble photographing it. This one also has a CAC sticker. Here are my photos, scratches are all on the case.

I think NGC put it at MS64. its so close to 65 imo
