I am hopeful someone can lead me in discerning what exactly is the criteria for a US dimes description of "Full Bands". Would this sample fall into this category? Are they or are they not, deep enough? Please and thank you!
Please rotate coin/photo properly before posting...thanks. From our Glossary Full Bands Term applied to Mercury (Winged Liberty Head) dimes when the central band is fully separated (FB). There can be no disturbance of the separation. Also applicable to Roosevelt dimes that display full separation in both the upper and lower pair of crossbands on the torch. John1
Got it. Can you tell me if this coin was in this condition, but both bands were "ok",as you put it, would it be worth more than ten cents? I am trying to learn :-). Please and thank you.
