ignoring for the moment the Poor-70 grade, I highly doubt you a 70 from any of the major grading services, 69 maybe

Traded a 1921 silver dollar in very circulated condition for this coin and a 1953D franklin "graded" a 66 by world high standard and it definitely has FBL. Even if this 71 Dcam graded a 69 thats a bang up deal and worth a great deal according to my PCGS magazine guide. I'm kinda wanting to get it regraded by PCGS.

To be blunt. Buy the coin not the slab applies here again. I would not trade a 1953D MS66 FBL Franklin away for it. (World Coin Grading is/was a dubious grading company so you probably had an overgraded Franklin anyway) Let alone a throw in silver dollar. That's your business but the American Professional Coin Grading slab sounds like a basement slab to me too. A 1971 S Deep Cameo Proof Kennedy is not worth wasting any more money on to get back a PCGS PF66 PF67. I doubt you'll do better.

Sorry to be direct, but if you can, cancel the trade and get your coins back. A cull silver dollar alone is worth more than this Kennedy.
I have a visceral reaction to slabbers like "American Professional Coin Grading." They aren't even close on grades. I run into these slabs from time to time in shows, and won't even look at them any more. You will see the problem if you try to verify the bar code on the slab.
Even a PR-69 1971-S Kennedy is about a $13-$14 coin wholesale. They are common. I doubt this coin would come in at 69.

Cancel the trade if you can. The Kennedy you got in a slab like that is the stuff you see in dealers 99 cents boxes at shows.

Ok so I traded a cull silver dollar for this coin in addition to a 53 D fbl franklin. I got 2 coins for my melt worthy morgan. I have a question too. My PCGS price guide says a 71 S dcam kennedy proof graded at a ms68 is $125, ms69 $1600 ect.. I totally get that these off beat mongoloid grading companies arent reliable nor are they on the level at all, so no chiding required. To clarify I was seeking guidance on what to do as far as getting it graded I guess. Would you bust it out of this container to send off?

I'd like to see a couple pics of the Franklin. Glad I got that wrong, you might be much better off than I thought. I would not send the Kennedy in unless you, looking at it yourself are convinced it is deep cameo MS69. It isn't eating anything now so hold onto it until you can show it to an experienced & honest coin dealer and get a second opinion. I think I see a couple minute issues on the rims of the obverse and reverse that take it out of PF70 immediately. Hard to tell in the holder by pictures.

Speaking of basement slabbers and Kennedy DCAM halves, I received the half shown in the photos below a few years ago as a 'free gift'. The ebay seller who sold me a Lincoln Cent collection (not a high-end collection by any means) threw in the slabbed Kennedy as a thank you. Do note, I didn't bother with cutting edge photography here, just wanted to show the slab. Lighting is lousy, I know, and the pics are low-res .jpg. What appear to be marks on the coin are actually from the slab's surface. Personally, I think the grade is a strong PR68.

Both of the shown slabs are from 2 of the 20+ companies using the IGS (International Grading Service) style slab.
I've got a bucket for them - not worth a box.
But I do collect one of each name if I can do so cheaply. Trolling ProxiBid auctions is the best way I've found to find them.

Definitely not PR-70. I'd give it a PR 67-68.
