The obvious first question would be; where did you get it?
Chinese fakes flooded the market a few years ago and you can probably still find them for sale online.
You should take yours to a dealer and ask whether or not it's the genuine article.

The point of the question is that this appears to be the much scarcer variety with the water lines continuous across the face of the swimmer, which makes it much more valuable. However, there are lots of fakes of this because they sell for serious money - latest one on ebay in it's issue packet sold £1850 Buy it now!
All of this variety were sold originally in packets, so the fact that this one is out of it is going to be the first issue. First appearances look promising though - the lines appear to be in the right places and not one of the crude fakes that abound.
Where it came from is important - if you can trace it back with certainty to when it was removed from the RM issue packet, then good. Any other source is likely to raise questions.
Pictures of the other side would help, but taking it to a respected dealer or auction house is probably the only sure way of telling if it is right or not - the best of the fakes are very hard to spot.

If all tests out right and you can find someone who wants it badly enough I would have thought £500 to £1200 would be the range, knocked back because of the lack of packet.

A useful starting point would be to check both sides of your coin against all those shown on this page:
