It is neither. Your coin suffers from MD.

Darn. I suspected that would be the case. Thanks for verifying. No matter how many diagrams I study or videos I watch, I still struggle with being able to tell them apart.

The larger coins (quarter and larger) show more MD on the outer devices on the reverse, than other coins do. Possibly because the coins are larger?
