VF, looks conserved but not harshly. Surfaces are too bright for the grade and don't seem natural.

some weakness in strike. I agree the coin looks like it was cleaned but not harshly so its a toss-up for a details designation. XF40 I'm leaning details. still a nice coin.

EF-40 with an older cleaning. It will most likely straight grade.
