To me it looks like RIC #152.

Obverse legend: IMP CAES DOMIT AVG GERM PM TR P X

Reverse is Minerva advancing right, brandishing javelin and holding spear

Reverse legend: IMP XXI COS XV CENS P P P

RIC 152 is the original RIC number (1926 edition) while 719 is the new edition (2007).

Yes it appears to be RIC 719. While RIC calls it and "exceedingly common" issue, That does not take away from the lovely portrait on this one. IMHO I think the portraits on Domitian denarii from 84-88 were extremely fine, but this one is very nice for a later issue.
