Is this a strikethrough grease error? I had trouble taking pictures of the coin; sorry for the quality. If it is a strikethrough, Is it worth grading? Thank you.

Not a plus for the coin. More of a spender. The surface looks altered.

Coins that are worth more money are the nicer ones. The ones that look different are those that had a hard life will always be worth face value. But the higher grade coins are the premium ones for normal coins. (Non varieties)
