I assume they're just roller lines, but they're much more pronounced and evenly spaced than I'm used to seeing.

Nothing on the reverse, which is why I suspect roller lines.

It might be. I was thinking Improper Alloy Mix. Or maybe some type of staining?

I believe roller lines are the culprit.
(From what I understand they can be on both sides of a coin.)
Words of encouragement are one of the major food groups.
We need to consume them regularly to thrive and grow.

The rolling lines start to appear as soon as the BU finish goes away on the copper core cents.

On the Zincolns, they can appear on the planchets and get weaker on the struck areas on the coins.
