I don't think it's FSB, it may be SB though.

Focusing on the middle band, I see splitting of about 95%, but that is a magnification of 15 times without an expensive macro camera.The Middle Band is a little flat , but no wear. Top and Bottom Bands are fully split, the Mercury dime reverse has a nice overall strike with luster. I would grade the FSB well earned!  Have a wonderful day and be safe Bob

the blow up photo is too blurry to tell for sure. it looks FB not FSB but its a tough call using the smaller photo. a photo maybe between those two might be better

I agree, the blow up photo is too blurry. I would need a clear zoom photo of the reverse to make an opinion.

I would also say SB but not FSB, bands look a bit flat ( from pics provided).
