Some days you get lucky I've been looking for one of these notes for a while and I never found one I liked. It was either too expensive or so worn that it wasn't what I wanted. But when you have a good relationship with a dealer, and they know you are looking for something, they will contact you when they get it. Today was one of those days. Not yet shipped but I'm excited

Since a lot of the features on the fractional notes were to prevent counterfeiting, you might consider adding a contemporary one to your collection. They are actually collected as heavily as the authentic notes. Here is a front and back of a FR-1317? Note the poorly engraved Washington head. They would have been fairly easy to identify but they were such low value, and they needed them to make small change, that they were used anyway.

Thanks Jim!!
I still have a few notes missing, but I would consider it. I would like to get one of the ones from 4th series (preferably of Lincoln).
My next note actually made it to my state. I'm hoping no later than Tuesday, although tomorrow would be nice.

RANT ON
The USPS has been terrible for a few months but it's gotten worse! I haven't gotten a package on time since October! I mean it's longer to get a package from the regional destination facility to my house than it does to get a package from the West Coast to the East Coast. It's 3 days and the package is 10 miles from home and then it's 4-7 days to go the last 10 miles! It's time to fire the management at USPS as they suck!
RANT OFF

Things with USPS have been wild for sure. I sent an insured First Class package to a Detroit suburb on Dec. 31, it arrived in Detroit on Jan 7, sent back to Chicago on Jan 11, sent to Omaha on Jan 17, back to Chicago on Jan 22, back to Detroit on Jan 27, and finally delivered to the Detroit suburb on Jan 30. And I've heard worst stories by a mile.

The note I ordered is "Late in Transit". I really dislike the USPS lately.

But this note was at the local sorting center, less than 10 miles from home, it was sent in a container to the local post office and then it stopped tracking. Local USPS says it probably went to a wrong PO and I'll get it soon. I wish I knew what soon meant.
