Tough to grade coins like this without having them in hand...

I agree that these are hard to grade on line but I put it up any ways. Under magnification, I cannot find a mark at all. The strike is incredible, and I know that strike plays a big part in grading. I'll send it in some day with some other stuff I have. But for now..Enjoy.
I don't often say this, but this coin is probably a great candidate for PCGS, they're actually pretty good with Mint state coins, at least from what I have seen.
Really depends on what you're looking for in a TPG though.
