If you are looking at the rims, they all looked like that, that year from all three mints. In 1969, they replaced the master hub as it was swelling for many years. Note on the side by side how the bust is larger and the other devices are enlarged. But as I mentioned all coins in 1968 look like that with the devices touching the rims.
Oops sorry about the Wheat cent I believe that belongs to my 57 but I will check for sure they are logged next to each other together so I assuming I attached it in error but I sure you already fig that out my bad fellas thanks for all the responses man there is so much to learn about coins seems like the more I learn I realize just how much there is too learn.
