1972 LMC DDO Need Help

I checked the Lincoln Resource site for the DDO's and from what I can gather this is a 1, 3, 6, or 8 due to the rotated clockwise direction. Obviously not a 1. How do I determine which of the few it may be? I hope these pics show the doubling sufficient to tell.
