We do not use the scheldon grading scale here in Denmark. We grade coins much different than this. Also we grade coins more conservative than in the US. Here I believe it will go for an EF coin. The coin bear gold value no more or less. :)
Assuming 1873 is a common date, this is just a bullion coin, selling for spot + some percentage. The fields do look UNC to me -- maybe the wear on the hair is just a weak strike?
