Both coins appear to be Roman Provincial coins from Kyzikos (Latin spelling Cyzicus), a city in what is now north-western Turkey which would go on to become one of the primary branch mints of the Empire after Diocletian's reforms.

Number 1/2: I can't find a specific reference for this coin, but coins with the caduceus are known for that city. The emperor is one of the ones named "Antoninus" - I'd guess Caracalla, or perhaps even Commodus (see coin 3/4).

Number 3/4: On the Wildwinds page for Kyzikos, there are very similar types with the same sailing galley motif, listed under Commodus and Philip II (they're the only coins on Wildwinds with those city-emperor combinations); given that we can read "KOMOD" on the obverse, this one is clearly Commodus.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
