I usually browse local auctions on a small website, and usually don't come across anything cool. However, there was this auction that had several lots of Chinese Coins, most being obviously fake. There were US coins too, a whole lot of 1804 dollars lol. But one of the lots had a Hupeh Dollar that seemed authentic, so I decided to grab the lot for $30. Sent it off to grading, and the rest is history. Finally showed up today, XF Details. One of my best pickups. Thought I'd share! Report this Post to the Staff

It's a lot more annoying to find the fakes within bulk lots, as people selling fakes not know they are fakes or they suspect they are fakes but chose not to tell buyers.
