Possible unlisted DDO? Couldn't match it with Wexler, VV, or CopperCoins. Found this CRH. Thanks!

Or a die scratch. Die scratches don't fade next to the devices. In the open fields the fad quickly, next to a devices they last longer and scratches inside an enclosed area lasts the longest. (In inside of devices and on the post that forms the centers of devices)

Check on the coppercoins listings
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=mds
Note the strength of the mark under the '7' on the die 004?
http://www.coppercoins.com/lincoln/...ie_state=eds
On 005 you can see the same strength, but lower below the '7' and even seen below the top loop on the '0'.

On the 009, you can see the same hub doubling above the '7' on this one and even a small bit above the '0'.
This is probably the only year you will find this doubling. Something different was going on that year. What? No clue...yet away.

While the 0 honestly looks like a DDO, in general the bar under the 7 on such things is never really that full. Won't say it's not a DDO, but seems off from the known ones. Gotta put this one in the maybe zone.
