I saw a post about this error from a while back and was hoping someone might be able to tell me what an uncirculated coin with this error might be worth. It's a little hard to tell from the pictures, but it also looks like it has progressive indirect design transfer on the reverse. Thanks in advance!!

Yep, that's Machine Doubling, since it's reduced in size. To real serious collectors like me, they don't have any value at all. However, if you advertise it on ebay as Machine Doubling and state it, then you can get something for it. Unfortunately though, it's because newbie buyers do not know the difference between Machine Doubling and a Doubled Die, mistaking it for a genuine Doubled Die. I don't recommend selling it on ebay because of that reason I mentioned.
