1948 D Lincoln Cent. Mint Error Or Post Mint?

almostpennylane Valued Member United States 101 Posts	Posted 05/20/2020 9:03 pm I found this cool-looking penny and was wondering if this looks like a mint error or post mint error/damage? Hard to tell from the photos, but Lincoln's forehead is also raised one side too with the same kind of globs that are on the other cuts on the obverse and reverse. Thanks all!!
