I found this cool-looking penny and was wondering if this looks like a mint error or post mint error/damage? Hard to tell from the photos, but Lincoln's forehead is also raised one side too with the same kind of globs that are on the other cuts on the obverse and reverse. Thanks all!!

@apl, yes that is damage from something like tin snips or wire cutters, but it is interesting that this coin seems to have circulated well after that damage.
