1943-S Mercury Dime. Clipped Planchet? Other Errors?

almostpennylane Valued Member United States 101 Posts	Posted 05/20/2020 11:35 pm 1943-S Mercury dime with what appears to be a clipped planchet? Maybe other errors? Maybe improperly cleaned? Maybe plated? Honestly it seems like there could be a few things going on with this coin that a more experienced coin collector may be able to teach me about.
