1943-S Mercury dime with what appears to be a clipped planchet? Maybe other errors? Maybe improperly cleaned? Maybe plated? Honestly it seems like there could be a few things going on with this coin that a more experienced coin collector may be able to teach me about. I certainty don't know what's going on here. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Even as a novice coin collector, I've never understood what would prompt someone to clean a coin so harshly Though I really can't be surprised considering this came from an ebay junk drawer lot
