Yes sure looks damaged to me. I see that you have posted in the grading subforum--are you looking for a grade or were you wondering if this coin is damaged vs. having a mint error?

With a coin like this it would be better to post in the varieties and error subfourm. It is frequented by more people who specialize in that sort of thing. That looks like post mint damage to me though and would make any grading irrelevant.

Just a spender. Damage after it left the machine. Not a premium for a coin to be damaged. Just face value when it is damaged.
