Im new and I'm not sure what kind of error this is or even if it is an error. I cant seem to much info out there. Hope the pictures aren't too bad.

Looks like a gouge to me, possibly from a coin rolling machine.

It looks like PMD however part of it looks like a crack to me. I'll wait for the experts to chime in.

ya there is definitely coin roll damage, at least on the front. The bottom part of the cracked lettering is extremely shiny. Oh ya I forgot to ask about the E in E Pluribus
