You could make an offer. 15 cents feels about right (he's asking $15 for a G or maybe a VG coin).

That's better than the 1940-D he's asking $60 for.

At least he didn't dip and polish the coin like some unscrupulous sellers do. Anyone with even a cursory understanding of coinage is going to realize that one is well worn.
