A very common pre 1960 Jefferson, the 1955 D will make one of the higher stacks if you search for pre 60's, the 1955 no mintmark from Phila is much harder to find. This mintmark looks normal and the coin is scratched badly.
This does not appear to be the 1955 D over S.
