I think this may be 1953D mm1-024
There is also no rim on either side for a section with a railroad rim effect to the edge in that area. Let me know what you think this could be caused by.

It does appear to be a minor RPM - no telling which one...but the coin is damaged. It's not an error. Something squeezed and flattened the coin where you are seeing the flattened rims, and the edge is an effect of that flattening.
