Toning isn't the greatest but I don't think that will hurt its technical grade. Luster is fantastic. I'll go with MS-64.

Hard to tell from the angle of the coin how prominent the reverse rim damage at 1 o'clock is.
I think Greasy Fingers is on to something w/ the DDO
I'm at a MS 64 as well.

for me the obverse eye appeal is not the best but I can see it at MS64
