Sandman229 New Member United States 39 Posts	Posted 05/28/2020 02:06 am Poll Question have 1995 penny in fair condition its a DDO & DDR can you help me out with a value and any pointer on what to do next should I send off for grade? I seen the DDO on NCG haven't seen a DDR or. a DDO&DDR on there. unless I am reading the site wrong. thanks for any guidance or advise given.hope you can see the second lines on the letters I think there is also flat doubling on there.
