Full bands refer only to the center cross bands on the fasces sticks on the reverse of the coin , these bands in order to be condiered full must be completely seperated and rounded (fully struck) on top .

Picture coming up !

thank you for helping. I am going to post some of my best mercs for grading in a bit. If you have time could you check if I have any of the full bands ones? I have what at least would be darn close ones, but my eyes aren't so great for searching out small details.

thanks

also, important, all three sets of bands need to be full to count as full bands.
but, the center one is the one that is normally weak and not full.
