Metalman Pillar of the Community United States 7123 Posts	Posted 11/09/2008 9:48 pm Full bands refer only to the center cross bands on the fasces sticks on the reverse of the coin , these bands in order to be condiered full must be completely seperated and rounded (fully struck) on top . If you have time could you check if I have any of the full bands ones?
