could some one tell me. what are these marking on the inside of the rim. would these be striking lines. any thoughts greatly appreciated

coop its not Machine Doubling. Badger Mint I think your right. when I look real closely. its like it was struck and pinch movement. that is towards the rim loose die. I will have solid unit very soon. I will come back to this coin. my mount is in the USA. its moving towards Canada. I will get stacked pictures. once its here and assembled. thank you all very much.
