Looks genuine to me and looks like it's been cleaned, too!
On the grading scale I'd say "very fine details - cleaned".

Looks genuine, I don't see any obvious issues. But wait, aren't you supposed to have expertise on fakes? After all, you just won my counterfeit contest!

I currently only own two coins - the one from your contest will be my third. Thanks again for the inspiration.

Looks OK if a bit weird. Can you weigh it? If the composition is gold it's VERY likely genuine. Should be 16.718 grams.

Negative - can't weigh it and don't want to ask owner to weigh it. Potential customer is friend. I advised him to buy something higher quality and slabbed.
