1972 D Kennedy Toned Found CRHing...grade? Toning?

I recently looked over a large pile of them that had been stored in a sunny spot for many years. Nearly all of them had this interesting toning. I've been told by our fellow CCFers that there is little, if any, premium for these toned, circulated Kennedys.
