These clad Kennedys are prone to tone in that way, especially if stored in a glass jar or other container with other coins. I recently looked over a large pile of them that had been stored in a sunny spot for many years. Nearly all of them had this interesting toning.

I've been told by our fellow CCFers that there is little, if any, premium for these toned, circulated Kennedys.

What do you think of grade though Bump? I'm mostly concerned with grade..the toning is a plus

It's a circulated coin, I'd be guessing with the provided images. Perhaps low-AU?

Nice die polishing lines. Hard to judge from these photos, might be high AU, but I'll say MS-63.
