Weissenburg is a ship in the German Navy. D.O.M. stand for Deck-Offizier-Messe (Officers Canteen).
The token is a bid odd however. The spelling is not correct, the right spelling is Weißenburg and, if a ship one expects it to read S.M.S Weißenburg (S.M.S. = Seiner Majestät Schiff) = His Majesty's Ship. Also the font used on front and back is different. The font used for Weissenburg looks too modern for a token dating from around 1900 (The ship entered service in 1894 and was sold in 1910 to Turkey). Also on a canteen token one would expect a value, either a number for a certain amount of pfennigs or the name of a product e.g. Bier.
This token is not listed in the Menzel catalog of German tokens (latest, 2018, edition).
