Just picked this one up. very cool VAM with a slight Clashed E and some cool clashing. Check out the nostril area. Grades AU-58 with some nice toning. Has some bag barks but some could be the lighting. Edited by JasonKflo 05/30/2020 7:22 pm

boy, I would not have put that coin in a straight holder. surface preservation is below average. it may not have been cleaning but it is scratched up pretty good.

I think they way it is photographed is showing a lot of the scratches , looking at the sellers store many of the Morgans including MS ones look quite similar.
if its bad though I have return privileges

I could see this barely sliding by with a straight grade, but not AU58. AU55 tops. All of the marks aside, I like this one if the price is right!

detail is much better than a 55 , will have to see how bad the scratches are

Yea, that's true. Guess I'm just focusing too hard on the scratches. Maybe it will be better in hand!

Hopefully it will look better in-hand and since it's in an old ANACS holder there's a good chance it will.

AU-55 details, far too many small field scratches.

I would have to agree with the AU58 on this one.
