I have received word from my friends in the Netherlands that they can and will pick up all the Dutch silver $5 Euro commemoratives that I need if I will take orders for the coins, collect the monies and forward it to them prior to the release of the coin. If anyone wants any of these uncirculated Dutch $5 silver euro please let me know by posting here. You/we will then figure the conversion rate to the Euro and get it on the way to me so I can forward the order to the Netherlands. The uncirculated silver commemorative will sell at face value of $5.00 (Euro) which must be converted to our respective currencies. U.S. would be around $6.25 at this time.I don't have a price for the proofs or the gold at this time but do know it would be considerably more for the proofs, probably around $25 to $30 and the gold will probably run around $150.00 and that would be in Euro's. Perhaps it would be best, if you Aussies want a bunch of these, to send all of them to one Aussie collector and let him/her distribute them in Australia to save on individual shipping costs. I am open to your ideas at this time. Let me know!

THE FOLLOWING COLLECTORS ARE LOCKED IN FOR THIS NETHERLAND COMMEMORATIVE AS OF MARCH 17th;

Metalman
Shatsi
Rggoodie
Toast
Kld
G. Burke
Wrk4lvg
Demonboy

JUST WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW WHERE THEY STAND AS THE COINS HAVE BEEN ORDERED AND PAID FOR! THE TOTAL FOR EACH COIN CAME TO $6.90 with shipping from the Netherlands!!! Expect to hear from each of you soon!
*********************************************************************
UPDATE MARCH 29.....The Netherlands HAS released the Commemorative to Australia $5 silver euro as of yesterday. My connection will be buying ours today and preparing them for shipment to the U.S. I will make every effort to get these in the mail as soon as they arrive. Make sure I have your address and please prepare your payment of $6.90 (includes small shipping charge per coin) in the near future as mail out of the Netherlands usually reaches me within a week of post! Will keep everyone posted when I learn more!!!
*********************************************************************

UPDATE March 31.....Our coins have been purchased by my friend in the Netherlands. He says they are the nicest looking silver commemorative he has seen out of the Netherlands in quite a few years. Will be shipping to me early in the week. Will keep everyone updated on their arrival which should take 5 to 7 days.

Hey rggoodie how many coins to you want? I always get the unc. version as they are pretty darn cheap silver when compared to the prices we must pay for everything else, especially U.S. silver. The Netherlands, Germany and Austria are very attractive purchases, in my opinion, for silver and its value today.

Okay guys and gals I have more information out of the Netherlands concerning the upcoming Australian commemorative.
The prices are as follows (IN EURO):
The unc. silver would be $5 euro.
The proof silver will cost $27.95 euro.
The proof gold will be $154.95 euro with a mintage of only 3,500 coins.
There will also be a special set containing the Dutch silver $5 euro and an Australian silver $5 for $79.95 euro with only 6,500 sets to be made.
Orders will be accepted from mid-March onward with the coins actually being issued in April.
You can see the coins by going to http://nl.knm.nl/domains/lnm/conten..._pag8-11.pdf

To be fair with everyone involved I would suggest a shipping charge of $2 to cover the costs from the Netherlands to me and then to ship them on to each of you? That should cover the postage and the bubble mailers?
Now I will need each of you to get your money headed my way, for the respective coins ordered, in the next couple of weeks so I can transfer the cash to the Netherlands. I will be converting U.S. cash to the euro so that will be around $1.20 U.S. for every $1.00 euro so the uncirculated coin ($5 euro) will run me $6.00 per coin. You can convert the other prices should you want the proofs or gold. I have a PayPal account you can transfer your money to if you would like. Just email me and we can go from there. I did promise my connection, whom is VERY VERY reliable, that I would forward our payment prior to his ordering the coins for us. Questions? Just email me!
