Something smells fishy here. How can a 1912 gold coin grade in PF70. Ive never seen this 'rare coin' and something doesn't seem right here.

Is it rare and was it issued by the RCM? I never saw this before.

Looks like a comemmorative gold plated 100th anniversary issue. I edited my post after seeing the reverse. It is part of a set.
