Greetings folks. Simply need an opinion if you think the OBV lines on this Merc are Die polish lines, or cleaning damage? Only pictures I have. Not in my possession. Thx.

Cleaning, since some of the lines cross onto the neck.

Nice looking reverse though that doesn't look cleaned—wondering if obverse is cleaned or just handling marks near the neck—certainly not a coin guru myself

I'm not convinced these are cleaning hairlines. Many of them are raised indicating they are in the die.
