Tough to see the surfaces, but 66 doesn't sound unreasonable.

The fingerprints are a distraction. Between the toning and fingerprints most likely would need to see coin in hand to provide an accurate grade.

I'm having a difficult time trying to read these images. Any call on grade would be a pure guess. Heck, I'm not even sure those are fingerprints......the way they cross the neck, almost appears like it may have picked up the pattern of whatever the coin was resting against. Interesting, and would love to see some different images.
