This looks gem but looking closer there is a hit in the bridge of the nose and some disturbance in the cheek. Ms64rb.

MS64+ RD. I think it makes 65 in my book. a little weakness in strike on both sides holds it back from anything more than that

 MS64RD minimum, this coin could easily slip into MS65 on the right day with the right graders working.

"Questionable Color" or "Altered Color" is such a morale killer.
It has happened to me more than once.

I would never have thought that coin was altered/cleaned. The color looks original in these photos.

Slightly re-punched date, common for the 1907, which has the largest mintage of all IHCs.
