Very cool Dave. That's very neat, maybe one day I'll reach that level of stature in my community, when I have a community to be apart of. I move much too often. Ah I see, looks like a great microscope though. I'm stuck with this USB plugin thing. Pretty decent but it can be a pain sometimes.

SilverCents: Look in your area or close and look for a coin shop or look online Talk to the owner and see if there are any coin groups/clubs close to you and join make coin friend that will open up a big door for you. Even if you move keep in touch with your group/groups of new coin friends. Your RESCOURCES will then grow. That's how I started years ago.

Oh I have. I mean, I've found a LCS that I love to go to, but I wouldn't say I'm close to the owner. Interesting, I'll try to do that once things become more open and such. My age however prevents me slightly from doing much, as I am not 18. I've been trying to do that here. I've been moving country to country, yet I've been able to keep in contact with a few of the members here.

Thanks for the tips! I'll make sure to remember them.

Nice find Dave. I've seen similar anomalies around single numbers before but never found out if it was true hub doubling.

Did you mean can't be removed?

Maybe try turning it down/off and use a different light that will work better for you.I use a modified "Mighty Bright" Book light, up the power to 12V and used a 14 Watt bulb:

1938-D-LWC-New-RPM-Ddo-What-Do-Ya-Think-?

This one is a LED, but the options is you can use just one light.
Description:

Quote:
Music Stand Light, Clip on LED Book Lights, USB and AAA Battery Operated, Reading Lamp in Bed, 4 Brightness Levels, ideal for Bookworms, Piano Player, Kids, Travel (Dual Arm)

The option is there are 4 lights on two flex lights. Choices of 1-4 lights can be used at once or just a single one light source. Cover the bulbs with a plastic grocery bag piece to two if too strong.
A single light source is best for micro images as it allows light and shadows. Probably last a long time with only using one light instead of all 4? Should be able to flex to where you want to use it. I'd see any of my type. If you did find one, it would probably have to be used, or someone selling off old stock.
