One night a week or two ago, I went to the Morgan dollar listings on ebay, just in time to see one that had about 20 seconds left. A quick glance at it, and looked like an old PCGS holder. The price was low, so I jumped in with a last second bid. It was then that I had the chance to take a better look... It wasn't PCGS at all. But the coin didn't look too bad, although definitely not MS-65, more like 63. I searched and couldn't find any mention of CDN anywhere, even on https://americanrarities.com/rare-c...ncy-grading/
To make matters worse, the Morgan came today, and the holder isn't even sealed. In any event, from now on, I won't be jumping into any last second auctions, without at least a minute or two to look it over a bit more thoroughly.
