Thank you all for the information and feedback. This community is extremely active, engaging, and welcoming! I didn't mean to "derail" the thread. I think, perhaps, moving forward I'll just create my own question threads and link other threads...NTL, I will put this coin aside until I can have it looked at "hands on" by a collector.

Meandice, you might want to check out Ken Potters Facebook group. He has extensively studied both US and Canadian doubled dies for the past three+ decades, if not longer. He actually spoke at length to the Royal Canadian Mint production managers, right after all the 1974 Winnipeg nickel dollar doubled dies were discovered. Ken also maintains a doubled die website. Ken is one of the few authorities of Canadian doubled dies I know of, and has the publications and reputation to boot.

This coin (1967 DDO) is now part of the PCGS Registry:

CANADIAN ELIZABETH II CENTS WITH VARIETIES, CIRCULATION STRIKES (1953-2012)

https://www.PCGS.com/setregistry/ca...position/382

That should increase the demand (and price) - Errorone2012 should be very happy, as he was the one to give me this coin and asked me to write about it. Then it made it into the Charlton Catalogue (front section) and now recognized by PCGS...
