Found a couple of these myself. Sometimes they can be found covered in corrosion and other chemical-induced crud.

Here in the US southeast, with iron-rich soil I find cents looking like this a lot with my metal detector. Surprisingly little corrosion but the color is gone forever. If you like it, keep it on they waay off chance it was struck on zinc.

I've found post-2010 coins with this coloring. A minute of excitement only to find a shield on the reverse.
